The whole point of the app is not just to use for the website, but the member exclusive rewards program! Every time you scan your app at a register or order through it, you accrue points towards discounts! Having it also qualifies you for early access to sales and events! People need to read the fine print!

As soon as I open the app it loads then close tried it multiple times and still doesnt work

I feel like this app would be perfect if they would just add some few things. Like wheres my wish list at? Im the type of person who adds random crap to their wish list then later on goes through it and buys from it, its pretty hard for me to shop without it. Another thing, they should really make a point reward system. I shop from there all the time and itd be nice to know that there would be more ways for me to get discounts. I downloaded the app thinking thats what they were doing, buy from the app get points, but was sadly wrong. Please improve!!

This app is not much different from the website, you may as well just shop online. I have checked out on my iPad in Safari with no problems before, but while checking out on the app, I received multiple failure notices before my order went through. A day after receiving the regular confirmation email, I received a second confirmation email. I went to my bank statement to see I had been charged twice for my order. I called customer service and they made it seem like it was my fault but finally rerouted one of the shipped packages back to them. I placed my order over a week ago and have since received my package, but I am still waiting on my refund. Overall a headache that probably could have been avoided if I had used the website instead of the app. I wont be ordering through the app anytime soon, but I will keep browsing here, as its one less tab to worry about.

The app has a lot of glitches so it is not worth making purchases off of it, just go online for more reliable sales.

Overall, a really clean and easy to app. However, it doesnt allow you to have a wish list. I like to "favorite" pieces to purchase later and this app currently lacks that functionality

This app is worthless. Its says I havent made a purchase since October and Ive probably made 125+ purchases since then! Havent seen a 5 for $5 coupon in ages either. Technically urban, that means you owe me at least $25 toward my purchases. Ill probably never use this app ever again or tell any of my friends to. Please fix these bugs or youre seriously gonna lose customers! You guys are a billion dollar company pulling in millions in one day. PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY!

Im an online shopping addict, and UO is one of my favorites!! The only thing that could be better about the app is if you were to add a favorites button. Other than that, i love it!!

The interface is not user friendly. Lots of irritating features that are not fit for a shopping app. For instance, the item description screen that jumps up after the last image - irritating.

This app wont even let me sign into my account. It works on the website, but the app is so much easier! Fix this please
