Crashes when I try to use "in-store avaliability"

Really great, fun, but a bit hard to understand which products can or cannot be shipped to Brazil. Also, I cant login which means I cant save my picks!

I love the radio music section!

Awesome login screen design, but right after login it keeps crashing, every time I try, pls fix it so I could check out the rest of the app!

Hey! Search doesnt work, and also, it says "Error getting" product information, if you click on any item. Fix please! I really started to hate this app

online shop doesnt work properly

I love UO I absolutely hate this app. Its pointless because it doesnt work. When I go to add anything to my cart it says in red "exception adding item to cart" Ive emailed several times. No fix. They just keep asking me for the same information Ive already given. Frustrating is not even the begging. I would have spent a lot of money already if the app was working.

Urban outfitters gives you false advertising. The picture of the item I bought made the item look to be about three feet long, instead I got a six inch item. A big disappointment

this app wont let me check out. when it finally works, it placed my order twice, and charged me twice. would give zero star if i can.

Overall, the app itself is pretty great. The layout is easy and enjoyable. The only thing that upsets me is that when Im logged in to my account on the app and see something I would like to add to my wish list, I am not able to do so. Please do something about this!!!

Doesnt count all your in store scans - my rewards arent showing up even after Ive unlocked them... Really frustrating. App needs a lot of work

Im not sure why everyone is having so many problems with this app! Works perfect for shopping on the go, and getting discounts in store! Love it.

This app is great...honestly its fantastic to me. I dont experience what the other reviewers are going through and Ive had this app for about 3 years. However, Ive recently purchased shoes and soap and was supposed to recieve two 10% off rewards for both. However theyre not showing up! I made the purchase two days ago. WHERE ARE MY REWARDS, UO??!?!

I made a cart and pushed "complete order" it showed a loading icon for 45 seconds then said "there are zero items in your cart". No receipt or anything on the screen. Usually online shopping shows your cart again, your shipping location and bill. Also to order you HAVE to make an account using a email and password. I used a email I cant log into anymore, so I couldnt get my receipt at all. I looked later on and it charged my card. I have no clue when my items will be here.
