This app is not much different from the website, you may as well just shop online. I have checked out on my iPad in Safari with no problems before, but while checking out on the app, I received multiple failure notices before my order went through. A day after receiving the regular confirmation email, I received a second confirmation email. I went to my bank statement to see I had been charged twice for my order. I called customer service and they made it seem like it was my fault but finally rerouted one of the shipped packages back to them. I placed my order over a week ago and have since received my package, but I am still waiting on my refund. Overall a headache that probably could have been avoided if I had used the website instead of the app. I wont be ordering through the app anytime soon, but I will keep browsing here, as its one less tab to worry about.
