Seriously, if you want to test your patience, try purchasing something via the Urban Outfitters app. Want to log in? You have already logged in...except not. Do it again! Add something to your cart. Want to pay for it? Abracadabra, its gone. Try again. Add it again, now you have double. Try to check out. You arent logged in. No wait, you are. Except now that item is out of stock because youve added it to your cart 700 times.

PLEASE fix the app!!!! The rewards system is horrible. All my existing rewards disappear time to time. I didnt get my $5 off reward after way more than five purchases at store using my UO id. I bought vinyl and my feed said that I earned 10% off but I couldnt find actual promo code anywhere. Also other rewards like 3 ways for $10 just disappeared from my board. I dont know if anyone would see this but please do fix these problems with the app.

The app is great until you actually want to buy something. I have had so much trouble checking out. I didnt use the app for over a year and I though this problem would be fixed by now but I guess they dont care enough. As someone who loves urban outfitters I want to be able to buy their stuff but sadly it is not worth the trouble.

No wish list and takes long to load

The app is great so far but trying to figure out if the item of clothing is in stores is poor. Crashing is involved with trying to find the clothing in stock by a near by UO and if you think "Oh it only crashed once let me try it again" it will still crash. So UO please fix the crashing for trying to find clothing items by a near by UO to find if the item is in stock near by or not, Thank you.

This app quits on me a lot. I was able to place seveal orders successfully, which earned me a $5 code. However when I try to use the code, it says it was already used. Customer service wont issue me a new code, even though it clearly shows in the rewards section that my code has not been used (says used 0/1 times). Disappointed in the app and UO customer service.

I shop here all the time the app just makes it more convenient. I love it

I enjoy shopping on the app because its quicker the typing everything in on safari but this rewards system is flawed. I buy stuff through them all the time and havent received the rewards I was supposed to

Crashes every time I try to use it. Useless

When it works it works, but also frequently crashes.

This app does not let me sign in, clears my carts and is an all around unnecessary headache. If you think navigating the horribly designed schematics of this App is worth a 10% off coupon then go for it but I value my sanity more.

Overall its just like any other store app except that it doesnt have an order history. Its stressful to not know if your order is processing or if it was even submitted. It also takes a long time to get an email confirmation letting you know if they got your order request. Especially if you pay for orders over $50, this can be a problem.

This app is great. Its has a nice layout, everything is easy to find. I have no idea what the other reviews are saying. I have no troubles with the app what so ever. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because I wish there was a wish list option. I always see things that I want to put on a wish list, really wish they put that in. Overall great app; easy and fast.

Beside the fact you dont get a receipt, or are able to see pending orders, history, or even track any purchase... Their customer service helpline is an absolute MESS... And FAR FROM HELPFUL. 5 thumbs down... Seriously? You guys need better customer service & to upgrade your terrible app. Do not recommend UB ever.

whenever i go to the "my account" tab to see my rewards (i have several unused ones), the app automatically crashes

So the site uses the exact same user flow as the mobile site... and the app also kicks you to the web for check out (so non native check out but web wrapped?). So why not just use the mobile site?

I really do enjoy using this app because its easier for me to shop just by the tap of a button. Everything is right in the palm of my hand and I dont need to do a web search. The only complaint that I have is that they should add your tracking shipment. For instance, if I ordered something either on the web on through the app, then it should show me the items I purchased, the total, etc. This app does need a little bit of work done but if you are a constant shopper at UO, then I would download the app.

I got a My UO account after it said Id get 10% off after signing up. It emailed me a coupon, but it did not show up in my account on the app even thought it said it should. Also, I entered a couple of their contests multiple times, but when I come back it only says I entered once. This app is glitchy and needs to be updated soon.
