While this app has a nice layout and is pretty easy to use, the absence of a wishlist feature makes this not work for me. Until this is fixed, Ill just stick with the website. Wishlists are really convenient for me - thats why I only gave this app 3 stars.

Wont let me log on. Says login credentials are incorrect but they arent because Im entering them on the uo website on my browser and its okay.

I love Urban Outfitters. Its one of my stores. I wish the app worked for me though. It always logs me out and when I try to log back in, it says my email or username is incorrect (even though they arent). Ive reset my password about 5 or 6 times just to use the app in the store for them to scan my code. I dont feel like resetting my password again. This is really annoying.

Wont even let me log in. Ive tried resetting my password 5 times and successfully did and its still saying my login isnt right. Something is up. Was hoping for discounts since Ive shopped at urban outfitters regularly for 8 years or so. Very disappointed.

I love this app so much. Its super easy to navigate and they have lots of sizes. Plus they have great sales.

Giving it three stars because its an amazing app. But recently it hasnt been great. It always logs you out now and if you try signing it, itll say your email/password is incorrect. But my email and password were right because I could log in online. Appearently Im not the only one with this problem. Please fix this soon.

The app is really great but last night i tried to put an item to my cart and it always come out to "Exception adding item to the order" i dont know whats happening but please fix this

The urban outfitters app is perfect for when I just want to browse through millions of choices or actually buy something Im trying to find

Whats the point of a rewards app if it fails to authenticate a login with the right password 95% of the times

This exactly like the website. I find it absolutely pointless. I cant tell if I have the app open or the site. I really hope you didnt pay someone to make this because you got ripped off. Especially considering the site is average at best.

The only time I used this app to buy an item in the store it crashed and wouldnt open. I just tell them my ID now because I dont want to waste their time. Also, no matter how many times I browse the app or purchase an item from UO, the 5$ reward will not advance.

Firstly it was a good app but now after few updates it is so awful with plenty of bugs

This app doesnt work, it crashes a lot. Besides that it doesnt keep up with your rewards, mine dissapear all of the sudden as if I never purchased anything. The funny thing is that it keeps asking me to download the app WHILE IM USING THE APP

the only reason i gave this app 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shopping bag and saved for later need more organization. i have a lot of products and i put them in my cart or saved for later so i can look at them later on. when there are a lot of products it becomes cluttered and difficult to spot what i need. there should be a main cart (like the one now) and then customizable folders for saved for later. for example; wish list, apartment, basics, sweaters, dresses, etc.

The app kept signing me out and I had to make a new one. Everything else worked fine though

Every time I try to add something to my bag I get an error, so I literally have no use for this app other than browsing. And thats easier to do on the website, so why bother?
