I wish this app actually worked...

I love Urban Outfitters. Its one of my stores. I wish the app worked for me though. It always logs me out and when I try to log back in, it says my email or username is incorrect (even though they arent). Ive reset my password about 5 or 6 times just to use the app in the store for them to scan my code. I dont feel like resetting my password again. This is really annoying.
