In store and on-line…this is my new all time favorite store to shop.

Makes you hold a button down each time you view a product to confirm you’re not a bot if your VPN is on. One time is understandable, but each and every time? Way to drive customers elsewhere!

Urban Outfitters is the ONLY place I do my clothes shopping. They’re trustworthy, reliable, and only offer the absolute best. Fashionable, comfortable, affordable, and durable- UO’s catalogue is unmatched. From activewear to PJ’s, makeup to jewelry, furniture to your favorite artists latest LP- UO has it all. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Easy to use, informative but not excessive updates, adorable styles keep me current, great rewards - all keep me coming back daily!

Said that it was available for pick up when I was adding it to cart and when I was looking at the product submarine. However, when I was checking out, it didn’t give me an option when I tried to say for pick up it said not available. This is confusing.

I’m really happy with my orders. The clothing selections are always trendy and unique with vintage inspired and modern pieces that perfectly fit together. Shipping is quick and everything arrives in good condition.

I’m deleting my account and the app as i plan on boycotting Uo from here until indefinitely :(

Please make a filter to remove Nuuly items. It’s so annoying not to be able to remove them because I’m not interested in them and you’re stuck looking through yhe.

Please add a dark mode feature to the app so I can scroll in bed at midnight without burning my eyes 😩😭 I will be way more likely to make purchases when i’m in this zone but I can even use the app for more than 5 minutes. Even with the brightness all the way down i’m blinded by the light and forced to leave, I just wish there was a very easy solution, oh which actually there is just dark mode compatibility like many shopping apps offer🥹🙏 Other than this major downside, the overall UI is clean, intuitive, and cohesive😌Thank you for your time in reading this review, please leave a like if you agree 😌🫰

Love the app!! They cute clothes! But I wished they offered petite clothing cause the pants I would love to but are just too tall for me! And I’d wished there pants for petite people to buy and wear.

I recently downloaded the Urban Outfitters app and I absolutely love it! The app is very up to date with things and gives me notifications when there’s anything new. Just the other day, I bought this adorable Kimchi pink purse and I am so glad I was able to purchase it on here! I love purses/bags and I struggle finding the right ones, so I’m pleased to see that they have things to my liking! There’s definitely things that have caught my eye that are currently in my cart that I plan to buy in the future. Urban outfitters sure has my vote! ❤️

So I tried to create an account and I put my info in and it made me do it again and again. So then I thought I was in but I wasn’t. So then I tried to sign in but that didn’t work work. So I tried signing in 2 more times but it still didn’t work. So I will be shopping on there with no account.

I think the App is convenient, makes it easier to shop online. Also explains in the reviews how item may fit, which may help you decide on your item.

Payment methods were not working with my debit card. I had to link my bank account for order to be processed

I have been a long standing customer & dealing with an outsourced vendor is not satisfactory. When they cannot think outside the box your customers will suffer the consequences.

Please add a dark more to the app. Also it would be nice to add feature to ship to the store for pick up.

This is a super easy to use, clean, aesthetic app that I can trust to shop on.

They never show my in store purchases on my account, only my online transactions. I recently needed to return something from one of my in person orders and she couldn’t help me without a receipt and nothing showed up in my emails or account even though I distinctly remember the worker asking for my email or number, I remember so well because she was new and was taking forever to find my account and asked me to repeat what it was. Also, all the girls there have such sour attitudes they look like they want to kill themselves.
