Where are my rewards?

This app is great...honestly its fantastic to me. I dont experience what the other reviewers are going through and Ive had this app for about 3 years. However, Ive recently purchased shoes and soap and was supposed to recieve two 10% off rewards for both. However theyre not showing up! I made the purchase two days ago. WHERE ARE MY REWARDS, UO??!?!
