Wish I could give zero

I love UO I absolutely hate this app. Its pointless because it doesnt work. When I go to add anything to my cart it says in red "exception adding item to cart" Ive emailed several times. No fix. They just keep asking me for the same information Ive already given. Frustrating is not even the begging. I would have spent a lot of money already if the app was working.
